Be Your Own Ideal


Our plans about ourselves rarely go as we plan it. So you planned something about yourself or more specifically,you assumed a person as your ideal and you thought of becoming like him and with time,things didn't work out (like you wanted to approach your crush confidently jusk like your ideal did but you were unable to do that). And you keep on complaining about it to yourself.

Now calm down because you know you can't go back in time to fix all such things which didn't worked out but guess what you can become your ideal (for sure) in future and I have figured out some practical ways (mentioned below).If you follow it on a regular basis,you are gonna celebrate in coming time.

• Try to work on your soft skills like on communication skills , social skills because whenever you meet a new person,you only have few seconds to impress them . You can grab that opportunity or see someone else grabbing it.

• Spend less time on social media like Facebook, Instagram, TIK TOK (unless you want to make a carrier on these platform).

• Give more time on reading books which can improve your personality ( Lockdown period gives you great opportunity for this ).

• It's the time to covert your dreams into goals.Yeah ! You read it right. Put a time boundation on your dreams.

• Now, write down your goals on a piece of paper because it helps in visualising the things.

• You are all set for planning a routine for your day(again write it down ) in accordance with non-negotiable things which you know it is going to happen for sure(like your Online class,your job or any necessary things).

• Give yourself some free time( plan this while setting daily routine). Evening time can be a good option. During this time,talk to yourself just like you talk to others and try to know how your mind works.In short, Observe yourself.

• Try to write a personal diary especially before going to bed.Write all day activities on that diary(You must be wondering it is outdated,but guess what,all those successful people followed these outdated things).

• Eat healthy especially in the morning.Sprouted grams,Mung beans with Jaggery and Raisin is a very common yet effective healthy food(Add this in your daily routine).

• Last but not the least ,You need a reason ,a very big reason that keeps you motivated in a long run.So find out why you want to be that person (money and fame are not going to work in a long run).

 You must be wondering there is a lot of things to do but guess what people don't become successful overnight (There are exceptions in every field). It takes efforts to be a successful person.                                                                       Now,Stop complaining about the things you weren't able to do because no one gives a damn shit what you COULD have done. It's time to take action. Do whatever you want to do but do it now.
